Our distance learning courses are an ideal starter point for those coming into the profession or alternatively for those who wish for a refresher. These are available exclusively to WillPack Partners.

The fee for this course is £100 plus VAT and this will entitle you to:

• Access to the Introduction to Will Writing module for 4 weeks (although this may be extended at our discretion should you require a small amount of extra time to finish the course).
• 10 hours of structured CPD which can be used towards your annual requirement with the Society of Will Writers.

The content for this module includes some of the following:

• Reasons to make a Will and how these can encourage clients to make Wills;
• Taking Instructions for a Will;
• Family Provision;
• Mental Capacity;
• Executors and trustees;
• Children and guardians;
• Using Trusts and the different types;
• Making gifts; and
• A General Overview of Tax.
