The fee for this course is £50 plus VAT and this will entitle you to:

• Access to the Introduction to Lasting Powers of Attorney module for 4 weeks (although this may be extended at our discretion should you require a small amount of extra time to finish the course).
• 5 hours of structured CPD which can be used towards your annual requirement with the Society of Will Writers.

The content for this module includes:

• The role of attorneys;
• Attorney powers and limitations;
• How attorneys and replacement attorneys will act;
• Safeguards; and
• Signing the forms and registration.
