WillPack

WillPack, now in its fifteenth year still maintains its aims and objectives to provide, a professional, specialised bespoke Will Writing and Will Drafting service for the Financial Services sector on behalf its clients.

The WillPack concept was so designed to ensure additional income to the then, newly formed, Society of Will Writers, now The Society of Will Writers & Estate Planning Practitioners, in order for it to become the largest, fully independent trade body representing the Will Writing profession in general through voluntary membership. Although WillPack is no longer directly a part of The Society, it still contributes annually, directly through membership subscriptions, and via contributions and providing much of the technical support for the Society and its members. WillPack is proud to be the Founder Member of the Society of Will Writers and to be able to continue with this support today.

WillPack specialises in providing high quality Wills and associated documents specifically for the Financial Services sector across tied, independent and recently with mortgage brokers and agents with CMAP qualifications. Each Will is crafted by legally and professionally trained individuals to ensure that each Will fully reflects the needs of the client.

WillPack extended its services in recent years to provide Will and document drafting services to new Society members who have recently entered into the profession. This valuable service gives new members time to qualify whilst still being able to develop their business under our ‘earn & learn’ project in association with the College of Will Writing visit www.collegewillwriting.co.uk

PROSPECTING WITHOUT TEARS

The phrase “Prospecting Without Tears” WillPack adopted around twelve years ago and has used it to illustrate how a simple Will can help you build your business – each Will should have at least two executors, trustees and if the family are young two guardians for the minor children – and EVERY Will needs to independent witnesses – these are a source of possible new business (with the clients permission of course) both from the Will and for your services.
