This course provides a structured and practical introduction to will trusts for will writers and estate planners. It begins with the fundamental principles of trust law, before exploring the full range of trusts that can be created by will along with their uses, tax implications and practical issues that arise.

The course focuses on theory and on real‑world application. It will cover common scenarios, planning opportunities, and potential risk areas when advising clients.

The training will be delivered live over Microsoft Teams in hour‑long sessions spread over several months. If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be made available via the WillPack website, allowing you to catch up before the next session.
