The WillPack Service – Client Charter

WillPack has always maintained service as being at the very heart of what we do.

You have to be happy, as does your client and we are well aware of how much time and effort you will have put in to develop and maintain your client base – hence why the service we offer you has to be as good if not better so as to reflect well on you and your company.

WillPack does not offer any form of franchise or license, there are no huge upfront fees - we want to develop a partnership with you, to work together bringing the very best of products and services to you and your clients. Additional training is available through the College of Will Writing or for small groups we can arrange a tutor to come to you for one or two days training, please contact the office for a quote, or see the College web site.

Errors will occur, it is only natural, and especially when most of the instructions received will be handwritten. There is no problem, if an error is found, regardless of whose origin the Will and other documents will be replaced without quibble and without charge. (Exceptions are amendments and changes or additions which are subject to normal rates). If an error is found there is no need to waste time or money sending the documents back simply advise the office of the problem and destroy the wrong ones.
